Dissapointed

I'm very disappointed with webafrica my sisters wifi was connected about 3 weeks and it's still not active, the most annoying thing is getting hold of them is very difficult as she has to use the WhatsApp communication system which is ****y because no one really gets back to you.

I have recommended their wifi to some people because it's affordable, but I didn't know their service was this poor considering that she has to pay the full amount month end but she didn't use this internet. I'm writing this because we really need help on this or someone to do their job right.
