Dissapointed

I am waiting for installation . I made payment on the 23rd of April somehow between webafrica & vumatel there was no payment allocation on the system.

After sending proof of payment i was told it will take a few days. Then service number didn't match. They then somehow deleted the process and did it twice . Up until today 05 May 2024 i was told my vuma yesterday that i will have to wait another 7-14 days as per website. This seems like my 15 days is not long enough have to wait another 14 days.

This has affected my work.
