Disreputable Organisation that does not care about customers

This Business has no reason to exist. Other customers please be aware and stay away from them. I had a fibre connection with them which I decided to migrate due to constant network outages and slow internet speeds. The line was disconnected on the 1st of March and was supposed to be transferred to a new ISP. I received information from my new ISP that apparently the line is being held by them until 24th April so they cannot migrate the service. Now I have been sitting without internet for the past 9 days, Trying to connect with Support goes no where as messages are not answered and when they are I need to repeat everything from the beginning and then I am told it will be looked at and nothing seems to be done.

They do not have a phone number you can connect on, the only way to contact them is via live chat which does not work.

Highly recommend staying away from this disreputable organisation
