Disgusting Support Service (NON_EXISTENT)

The support is non-existent. My line has been down the whole weekend. When you try to phone, the line it not answered. And to make it worse, they don't operate on weekends. So if your line is not working on weekend, you are on your own! It is Monday today, I am still holding and its been for over 40minutes. I sent a tweat on their support line and no response.

They keep referring you to what they call a super duper whatsaspp line and I tried it, its the most unintelligent AI line. The minute you type hello, it keeps loading you with irrelevant data!

It is quite sad that there are companies who operate such a service and you can never get hold of them!
