Disgusting staff and aftersales service

Pathetic aftersales service. They promise the world and you speak to an actual person when you want to sign up. Thereafter all you do is chat to a bot on whatsapp and no person will speak to you. They have not been providing the service promised, yet to cancel we must now pay a fee, fow what????

When phoning the sales department to try and speak to a human being about their poor service, i had the phone put down in my ear 3 times!!!! Your company and your staff are pathetic and disgusting people!!
