Disgusting service..still unresolved

We are relocating and trying to cancel our services linked to the address from where we are moving. Impossible to do online, went through the chatbox and was transferred to retention, where after one hour and a half of waiting I gave up. Webafrica makes it impossible to cancel the service. We have two other lines linked that we want to retain so we cannot simply stop the debit order. I hope Webafrica responds to Hello Peter otherwise we will juts need to stop the debit order and move all our services elsewhere. *********** bunch!
