Disgusting service WebAfrica

Absolute disgusting service. I have referred so many people to Webafrica an only regret it now !! I have been paying for a cancelled service since end of November. My query has been with customer care for weeks now with no feedback! Bank statements has been sent they just dont get back to me. I have to explain the entire situation to a different person everyday when I follow up on WhatsApp and no one can give me answers !!
