Disgusting service - WebAfrica and Vuma

I placed an order online 1 month ago for Fibre. The router arrived 2 weeks ago. The Fibre box and installation hasn't taken place yet. I haven't had any updates. But they have debited my account for a service I haven't and can't use! I've sent countless messages, made several phone calls, and to date, nothing. But they are so quick to take their money. I am ever sorry I took this service provider and the provider who is supposed to install the box and line which is Vuma. Disgusting and pathetic service. Do not recommend.
