DISGUSTING SERVICE - WEBAFRICA

I would have preferred to not give any stars - this is the worst company i haave ever dealt with - the only way you can communicate is on the whatsapp calls which you have to sit on for hours and hours on end . i have been trying to sort out an internet very low speed problem for over 5 weeks and still have not resoved the issue , even though i am paying for the speed I do not get . they keep on asking Openserve to check and then suddenly my case gets closed and no resolution or feedback is supplie . i would stronly suggest anyone looking at Webafrica andOpenserve to rather go somewhere else
