Disgusting service Web Africa

I placed an order, its now 2 weeks later and still didnt get the installation and connection. I am trying to get hold of them now for 2 weeks to find out whats going on and the e-mail they provided doesn't work anymore. They keep on referring to their WhatsApp live chat, I am waiting for 3 days now and still not helped. This is the worst service ever. Trying to cancel my order is also a huge problem... waiting and waiting and no response
