DISGUSTING SERVICE - NO SERVICE!!!

If I could I won't even give you guys a star... 1 month with them and after my 3rd week I could not stream anymore, they dropped my line speed from 20meg to 5meg some days down to 2 Meg, I tried contacting, whattsapp email support but no1 gets back to me, DISGUSTING Service from isp... Been trying to get hold of them for a week, cause I paid for 20meg and running on 5meg and that's only my phone running, it's now week 2 of me trying to get hold of them and put on hold for almost an hour then the next you hear goodbye and phone goes off. Now it's 5th of the of the month and I have no internet connection on a Sunday, they say support available from 10am to 6pm but no answer whole day, called 15times for the day, either put on hold and phone go off or no answer. WEBAFRICA be sure I'll inform the whole community of your disgusting service and to go with another isp..
