disgusting service, highly disappointed!!!! after almost 2 years of using their service

I am highly disappointed with this service provider. i informed them a month before i moved home that i will require my wifi to be transferred they promised that all will be sorted, i continued to follow up with them before my move and all was in order. it is now more than 2 weeks after I moved and still no internet, every day there is a new story- that is if you can get the WhatsApp technicians to answer you or respond in the same day. wasting time to get answers and spending all my Januworry money on data is not what i see as a good service provider. i am cancelling my subscription and sourcing elsewhere. thank you for a waste of time and money. your communication failed!!!
