Disgusting service from WebAfrica

the support service is absolutely horrific. I spent 6 hours on w app trying to fix a problem. I am currently on hour 4 now to fix another problem. you never get to speak to a human being. I would have left long ago, but they added a R1000 cancellation fee the first time i wanted to cancel my contract.
