Disgusting service from web Africa and vumatel

My service provider is Webafrica and vumatel. My internet has been down since yesterday the 20th June 2023. I have phone Webafrica cannot get any help. I have been chatting with you a consultant on the wats up no. Keep asking the same questions over and over. Not getting any help. The very same problem on their website. Have phone 6 times. I get cut off. They take me cell phone number for technician to call back. No body calls me back.
