DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM WEB AFRICA

I have tried for days to get through and can wait for 1-2 hours for someone to respond I understand that Covid plays a part, but other help centres seem to manage . I have had dealings with Afrihost and they answer almost immediatly A case in point is that I app**** for VoI Yesterday I called WhatsApp liner to get some information on how to activate The lady helping me was Amanda James. I put a request at 15.02 Amanda came on at 16.20!!!! The call lasted until 18.25 to be blunt she was useless it was like pulling teeth to get information from her In the end she said she must escalate the matter WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME !!!!! I still have not had a call back
