DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM LORIANNE

I am absolutely disgusted with an agent in your CUSTOMER SERVICE. Her name is Lorianne. She REFUSED to give her surname and said she does not give it to strangers. She had the most stink attitude i have ever come across. Speaking over my husband while he was explaining his problem, raising her voice and telling him that the problem is not WA but with Vumatel and Himself. She does not belong in a customer service position as that is no way to talk to a customer, telling them it is not her problem or the companies problem but you are the ISP. Having countless issues with WA since joined 2 months ago
