Disgusting Service - Empty promises - No sense of urgency in resolving issues

My application was approved and delivery fee was paid on 27th February. To date no one has come to do the installation. I had to request an update after 2 weeks because no one got back to me, and my debit was set to go off- I was then informed that they will not be doing an installation. And yet they still attempted to debit my account(LOL). I then requested to terminate as I don't have, and never will be provided the service I app**** for. I was informed they cannot cancel a suspended policy, and they'll escalate for a brand manager to contact me - five escalations and THREE WEEKS LATER another debit has gone off and this imaginary 'brand manager' has never contacted me. Whatsapp cannot be the only form of communication for a ' reputable' company. It's giving ANC - zero service delivery - vibes.
