Disgusting Service

So I've been communicating with WebAfrica on WhatsApp to have my router moved 2 meters across the wall it's currently installed on. I've been waiting 3 days now for them to tell me what the price and process is. I'm currently in the middle of renovations and I can't continue unless WebAfrica can send someone to have the router moved. I messaged a guy called Junaid on Friday afternoon and without warning he just transferred me to some other department, which only got me back me today which is Saturday(17 hours later I've been waiting lol) and now I'm taking another person from the relevant department I was transferred to and now he is telling me he can't assist me, and then he transferred me again and now been waiting 2 hours so far just to find out how much it would cost to movey router and what I need to do as my renovations are now on hold because WebAfrica can't do their job.
