Disgusting service- do not sign up with them!

Webafrica is one of the worst ISPs I've ever dealt with. Their service is absolutely horrific. I signed up with them and it took them 10days to activate my line, on top of that they expect you to pay pro rata for the days when you had no service. I completely refuse and have on multiple occasions asked them to cancel the service. Their agents are rude and have 0 customer service. The reviews on here are actually not surprising. I was warned about these people but didn't listen. Do NOT sign up with this company. I'd recommend afrihost when it comes to customer service.
