Disgusting service

Very poor service..I'm so disappointed in webafrica and there agents. I'm trying to up my wifi speed from 20/10 to 50/10 from the 28th of December 2022 but no luck. I don't know what to do anymore and there's no landlines to call I must chat with agents on watsapp that put me through to the provisioning and they also can't help me. I've been with webafrica for 3 years now and you call this service. This is all the service calls I logged. Reference number *** Agent Thando T couldn't help me and put me through to Thapelo B the live Agent and transferred me to Thokozille M and still no luck. A day later I spoke to Yolanda K and she couldn't help me and promised me that the change will take place on the 1st of January and still no luck. Then on the 2th of January I spoke to Langelihle M and still no luck I was transfered to Asanda even worse and all this happened on the watsapp Chat.

Now I'm Busy with Nobuntu and still no luck.lol how can you manage a operation like this.

Can someone please help me change my speed to 100/50. That's all.
