Disgusting service

Should be minus stars. Their customer "service" is beyond disgusting. The whatsapp line is an absolute joke and you can spend 8 to 10 hours a day just being transferred from 1 agent to another without the actual problem being fixed. Almost 15 weeks and issue still not completely fixed but you have to pay in full and not be able to utilize what you are paying for. Rather use literally ANY other ISP and save yourself this frustration and waste of money.
