Disgusting service

Disgusting, disappointed in this service provider- having been with them for a long time ,they offered upgrade with free router, now I have moved house to downscale and they have nothing but issues- I have to return the router or pay R999. Or courier at R249 AND ALL PARTS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING!!!!!!!!!ITS taken from Friday 18th to get this useless thing cancelled, so I must pay ANOTHER month for something that is dead and disconnected for an offer that included "a free router" ******* I say. I'm beyond angry and disappointed at Webafrica
