DISGUSTING SERVICE !

The level of service is shocking 72 hours WITH NO INTERENET!!! It's the same story day after day, yet we expected to pay them the full amount and on time. QUICK TO DEBIT BUT NOT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE ! This incompetence is causing problems for their clients, and they are not bothered one but. We constantly have to deal with there message system and there pathetic emails is really disgusting. If my internet is not resolved to day Im going to take this further to the consumer of bad practices!!!
