Disgusting service

This is the worst isp ever, please do not go with them as you will waste your time and money. There is no customer service what so ever, you cannot call as they do not have a call centre, when you message on whatsapp the agent helping is so *********** unskilled its not even funny. You message and they reply the next day. They did not send me a welcome email and they did not explain any T&Cs. The advertise R19 for the 1st month but billed me over R700??? I decided not to pay because I wanted my R19 for the full month which I did not get, I then got suspended and had to pay a reconnection fee plus a R50 unpaid fee plus the R700 and then got supposedly reconnected but there is no internet for 2 weeks now. They then billed me for a reconnection fee and a month's installment but I don't have internet. They have now sent me a message stating that I've been suspended for not paying and I'm not going to pay because I haven't even used the service. What a waste of money. I want to cancel. Which they are probably going to charge me for. This company is a joke!
