Disgusting service and would not recommend them

I am highly distrusted with the service from webafrica. I have to swop over from my current service provider and they selected webafrica. The install has not been completed yet and I was charged already for a service I do not have. When I phoned them I was told it was a mistake from their accounts department and would be rectified, this charge has not been reversed yet and I was charged bank charge fees for now being in an overdraft for their mistake so now not only have I been charged for something I don't have but I also have been charged for a stuff up that they made.
