DISGUSTING SERVICE AND CONNECTIONS!

Customer Service portal is pathetic. You stay on their watsapp page for hours trying to get hold of someone to help with a connection error. Web africa's internet service has been down so often lately that working from home has cost me thousands in revenue loss and they never do anythign to ****** well compensate your loss. You pay monthly yet 5-7 out of those days you without internet! I use fibre for my laptop, my tv, our phones. It's bad enough we have loadsheddding that leaves us without electricity and now when it's online we left with no connection. I check their outage website, nothing for my area, yet we have had no connection since 9pm and at 10:25am still no connection and absolutely no freaken assistance from your stupid watsapp. GET YOUR **** TOGETHER! I AM MOVING SERVICE PROVIDERS. IT HAS GONE ON FOR TOOO LONG!!!!!!!!
