Disgusting Service and Assistance

Absolutely disgusting service. I used to be a huge fan of webafrica, I found them to be the best ISP. However I recently started a new connection with them and have had the most trouble trying to activate my service. There is no support contact besides their whatsapp line which is useless. Supposedly someone is going to call me back but I have been waiting two days for that and now each time I try enter the whatsapp chat it says "You already have a pending callback with us. Please be patient as we will connect you to an agent as soon as possible"

I am beyond disgusted with the level of service on their part and I am at my wits end with trying to contact them. I tried speaking to a sales agent who then put down the phone on me while I was asking for help.
