Disgusting service

Such a bad experience - as a customer you are of no value, they have no idea on customer service, assisting a new customer. You can never speak to a person, their BOT is useless and this is just the worst customer service ever. Such a bad decision on my part to use Webafrica - use Webafrica if you want to be messed around permanently and always speak to a BOT!
