Disgusting service
If i could give no star i would. I went online and made a payment of R400 for installation of fibre at my property. Firstly they came without even calling me to install. I had a previous line with afrihost so now webafrica comes and says the line is faulty and charge me and extra R700 for a line. How disgusting is that. With afrohost i paid 55o for the fibre and the line how can they wanna be so disgusting ******* i tell you. Now they keeping my miney and not contacting me when i already paid. Pay me back my money i no longer want your services.

05 Oct 2024, 08:33I am still waiting for my refund or waiting for someone to telk me why we have been charger 650 rand more for installation when online it says the installation of R1000 is free and you need to make a payment of R399.Once you make the payment they then qoute you.Webafrica are a bunch of *******.Ive reached out a million times and nobody cares now they want proof of payment.Ive sent it over and over and still nothing.
