Disgusting service

I’ve submitted a request for the WebAfrica technical support to contact me on their WhatsApp line. This was at 16:20 on 12/12/2022. It’s now 19:00 and I keep getting messages that all their agents are busy and they not able to contact an agent to deal with my issue. What am I paying close to R1k a month for? Worst service ever and they closed down their technical support telephone line. Utter bull!!
