Disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service.

I had no internet access on my Fibre line for 5 days before my service was reconnected. That joy was short lived as my internet access was cut off again a few days later. I now do not have internet access for the past 5 days, second time in the month.

Almost half the month no service but my debt order will go out promptly, how amazing!

I tried contacting customer support through the live chat with absolutely no response. Every Avenue of help is a dead end.
