DISGUSTING SERVICE

SUCH A BAD COMPANY. NO WORDS..... poor service, 0 feedback from staff. impossible to get a hold of them. They are in no way able to help you with any thing.

We waited for fibre for 4 -5 months. Cancelled my service with them and now i have to give a months notice which was never mentioned before. I have to drop off the router in SANDTON, but I stay nowhere close to sandton.

None of my tickets have been answered or resolved, after 2 mins of a ticket submission they changed it to resolve without actually resolving it!!! DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED!!!. effective immediately am i cancelling my service and will reverse all debit orders. they do not deserve my months notice at all
