Disgusting Service

Again this morning I asked for help and no help but you people close my tickets on my dash here the prove again this bad service from web Africa you don’t care about the customers at all quick to take out money yes but when it comes to after service no help you people send me this ref for no internet connection:

There nothing wrong with my internet it’s my routing I have been asking about web Africa can’t even get this right I sent what I asked the agent now see attachments but she don’t answer what kind of service is this they know if no one talks for while that chat session ends right like it happen to many times waiting for a response from web Africa I am waiting for the chat to end because (Nosipho Hantana: Hi there, my name is Nosipho Hantana, how can I assist you today?) has not responded since we were connected there web Africa saying log a complain on their app but they don’t even responded here as you can see now is disgusting service I must say that web Africa can’t pick up a phone to call me I have been complaining for the last 5 weeks now over the one problem I have been having to try and solve it for me. But I am done now I won’t ever bring any more people to web Africa the service is too bad you can’t even help or call your customers I brought 10 people and we are all looking at moving to AFRIHOST rather there service is a lot better we would pay more rather than to sit with bad service that an ISP cant phone or chat to the own customers.

I am waiting on (Nosipho Hantana) to respond and the chat started at 09:21 and its now 10:06 and there I got kicked again at 10:31 no respond or help from (Nosipho Hantana) wow this the 9th time this happened to me now web Africa you tell me what kind of services is this really see all my attachments all the prove in there
