Disgusting service

I have never in my life dealt with a more pathetic service provider.

The level of pure incompetence across the number of people I have interacted with is honestly embarrassing.

I’ve waited 14 days to have my WiFi installed and my modem delivered. I have also had to take 3 separate days off to be at home to receive my router when delivery has just not happened. The reason being that Web africa cannot simply provide their currier service with the correct address details.

On top of this ridiculous waste of my time, there had not been a single time I have called their customer service without waiting at the very least 25 minutes.

Once you get through they advise you to use their WhatsApp bot which does absolutely nothing as every time I’ve enquired about delivery I’m told its on its way, then when calling currier it, I’m told they don’t have the correct details.

Honestly absolutely shocking and embarrassing, to the point where you could compare them to Telkom.
