DISGUSTING SERVICE!!

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Given that the account was paid, 240+ WhatsApp messages, 90+ cold transfers, 40+ transfers because agents has a "not my problem, not my job" attitude. Given our current circumstances I would assume that your staff will go over and beyond to assist loyal, paying customers but in fact all of them simply don't give a rat's ass. Not 1 of the staff has yet attempted to fix my issue. If I don't have an active connection, I cant do my job, if I cant do my job, I don't get paid, I cant pay my bills?
