Disgusting manner of consultant who laugh at their clients

U have never experienced a company that is so ***********. I spoke to one of the consultant who was so rude and was laughing at me when I explained my matter. You guys think we are a joke as customers, you even hang up our calls? Such behaviour from a company should not be expected definitely not from me!!! You took 3300 from my account and I had not agreed on it and was not aware then all i get is a white guy who thinks this is all a joke to me or maybe his speaking to someone who he feels he needs to laugh at wow!!!!!!!!!!!! I so disgusted by the manner of this company.
