Disgusting Customer Service! You can not talk to an agent. You wait for hours for an agent to reply to you chat on WhatsApp. Service has been down for over a week. All I want to do is cancel this service. Can not get through to agent. Sick to death of poor services from business. You not proving a service and yet I am still paying for it and have to pay to cancel it! SHOCKING! I have moved over to rain. What a painless experience under 2 minutes life was sorted. DO NOT RECOMMEND Web Africa! They do not care about their clients.
