Disgusting customer service and system

I have no issues with my network and internet in good I really can't complain

My issue is the horrible customer service and WhatsApp chat line that never works

I've been waiting for assistance for the past 3 hours on this WhatsApp line and still nothing

It's ridiculous and disgusting how paying clients wait to get assistance from this provider
