Disgusting customer service

Webafrica has the worst service delivery, they promise one thing on the website for you to join and once you have paid they bring the FUP on LTE line which I was never told about and when doing the switch-a-roo they said the LTE will be automatically cancelled on activation of the fiber, but when it was activated I was charged for 2 lines and when complaining for a week and been shunted from pillar to post, they change the website and say that the customer is liable for the cost. Continuously lying to their customers and have them hanging with no solutions, only empty promises
