Disgusting business ethics

I am disgusted by this company's ******ion tactics, I was on a month to month contract, on trying to cancel, I was told there is a R999.00 cancelation fee, despite giving a full calender month notice. This is absolutely disgusting, and such a clear manipulation to make it too costly to cancel
