Disgusting billing agents

I've been with this company for 3 years . I haven't had many problems but when I did it was always an issue with these horrible rude agents especially Lauren and her manager from the billing department, they cancelled my service after I had just paid 4 days prior due to me using profanity after being totally ignored by two of the billing agents . They completely refused to assist me. When I asked for the conversations to be emailed to take legal action they denied me that right. What a horrible lot.
