Disgusting and Disappointing Service

I am very disappointed and disgusted with the service I received with my current order. On 28 September I ordered my Fibre. They gave me a time line of 7 - 14 days for installation and activation. 100% understood. So after a week I never received any feedback and phoned web Africa to find out if all is on track as I received an sms to say that the infrastructure provider has accepted the order, in this case, FrogFoot Fibre. So after 7 days when I phoned to check if all is on track, they tell me that Frog Foot needs Proof of address as there is already an existing order on the address. I send through the Proof Of address on 7 October for them to speed up the process. On 12 October, after receiving no feedback again. I phoned them again. This time worrying because their 14 days SLA that they advertise is slowly reaching an end. On this call, they again ask me for Proof Of address, which I send to them again, for FrogFoot to come and do the installation. After receiving no feedback again, I phone again on day 14 which was yesterday, just to be told that frogfoot has received all the documents and is now in the process of cancelling the previous order. This took them 14 days to do. On day 15 which is today I phone them again, and this time I am told that they are very sorry and that I need to wait another 3 days for FrogFoot to sort out the cancellation and then only they can phone me to make an appointment for Installation. So they are advertising false information with their 7 - 14 days.

With all this said, I don't even want to rate their WhatsApp service. You request a chat now and they only respond to you the next day.

This is an absolute disappointment and the reason why I followed up from the 7th day, for this delay not to happen.

I will never EVER recommend someone to Web Africa again. This was the absolute worst.
