Disgusted with webafrica service

I'm a client of webafrica network provider for vumatel for a while now never before did I have a problem with their services but this past weekend my WiFi has no internet connection I have tried phoning them, what's app support line on the website app support,send emails and they bluntly ignores me with no intentions of helping me resolve this problem I am utterly and very disappointed in the way they are handling this situation what makes it even worst my wife is working from home and needs the internet to do her daily duties and was unable to do it.. right now I feel like cancelling my subscription and moving on to a new service provider.
