DISGUSTED SERVICE BY WEB AFRICA!

First of all, they don't even deserve a star!I in May 20021 I changed my bank details, by going through various *********** staff via the Whatsapp line as they never answer their phone. Whilst changing my bank account I thought I changed my debit order date also from the 1st to the 4th. on the 1st June I missed a payment, I phoned them and phone them and phoned, them no answer. I tried the Whatsapp line, I typed in various numbers and the word Menu and still the only reply I get is incorrect option chosen. Eventually I get an email to make payment, I select the link and on the 04th they still haven't debited. My bank has confirmed the problem is not on their side. I eventually got hold of someone via the whatsapp line. Guess what they do, without helping me, they transferred to 9 different consultants, similar to playing tennis. The stupids on the Whatsapp line: Kgomotso, Velaphi, Donald, Nyiko, Rafeal, Jean Pierre. After wasting over R150 on airtime, for cellphone calls, I spoke to Lucas, Libuseng and 2 other stupids, my fibre is still offline, they ask you to hold to check and then u hold for a few minutes however they then transfer you to another line this happened like 7 times. I would never recommend anyone to ever make use of Web Africa. They are the worse service provider. They don't even have an email address!!! Their staff are *********** AF! I have never encountered such bad service before and I really hope they o out of business very soon
