Disgusted in the service

Webafrica is by far the worst service provider I've ever dealt with. I've been trying to sort out my billing query for nearly 2 weeks. I've been dealing with over 20 different agents the past 2 weeks to get my new bank details updated and reprocess the debit from the new account instead my account was suspended.
