Disgusted in Service & Rude WhatsApp Agents

The worst experience ever. Threatened when I never accepted the NEW cancelation fees. Treated like a child. And I never thought I would find a company that is equal or worse that Eskom....okay now, then we will fix your proble. CS Agent need a lesson or 10 in manners and communication. I will never use them again. And I will make sure I tell this to everyone imeet.
