Disgusted by webafrica and vumatel

Absolute disgusting services ive had issues with my wifi since 23rd of December 2022 reported it to webafrica a technician was sent out on the 29th of December 2022 they checked everything after they left it worked for about two hours then it stopped working i reported this the same day from the 29th December 2022 uptill today 11th January 2023 ive been making contact with webafrica requesting to send out someone every day they tell me vumatel has been notified it wil take 24 hours ive even requested a call from a supervisor several times no calls was made to me daily i hear it will take 24 hours but 12days has passed and nothing has happened im fed up with them half of my kids school holidays has went pass with them not having access to wifi totally disgusted by these to services vumatel and web Africa i wont recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!
