DISGUSTED!!

I have been without internet coverage for 6 days now. The SP keeps telling me that OPEN SERVE will attend to the matter but niether of the two service providers can give a tangible answer. Never in my life of dealing with telecomms companies have I experienced such BLATANT DISREGARD for the consumer. No wonder you are unable to have a telephonic conversation with these people.

Dont ever go with them.
