Disgusted and need to cancel

It’s been 4 days without connection initially when I reported the matter they said it will take 24hrs to give feedback and restore it. Further on they said they have escalated to metro fibre for further assistance , called metro fibre they then said they have given back web Africa feed and the is nothing they see yet wen I reach out on web Africa they telling me they waiting for metro fibre
