Disgusted

It's been 7 days now and my internet service is offline. There has been no connectivity since. I have been chatting to their robots on their website and their *********** staff, whom are only available on a whatsapp chat and their useless APP. This 7 days of downtime I have experienced thus far have cost me more than their suggested reimbur*****t for the delay. Can you ever imagine having a service provider that can not back their service with a real person.

I've been trying to get a hold of them for 7 days to no avail. Yet, they are ever ready to take your money and promise you the world at your fingertips when engaging a sale.

This is the most appalling service ever received by any company.
